• SECURITY: The app utilizes Secure Key, ensuring your accounts' security. Log in quickly and easily using Touch ID or Face ID, depending on your iPhone model.
• CONSULTATION: Access an overview of all your accounts, including transaction summaries and details. Utilize quick search to find specific transactions effortlessly. Additionally, Global View allows you to manage your HSBC accounts across multiple countries.
• THIRD PARTY: Check the balances of your third parties' accounts and access their transaction histories for current accounts, savings, and deferred debit cards.
• TRANSFERS: Make immediate, deferred, or regular transfers within France and abroad, in Euro and other currencies. Share transfer details with your beneficiaries. You can also add payees and make instant payments when Secure Key Mobile is activated. Take advantage of Global Transfers for free and instant transfers between your HSBC accounts across different countries.
• CARDS: Easily view information about your debit or credit cards. In case of loss or theft, you can quickly block your card directly within the app. If needed, request temporary increases to your withdrawal and spending limits.
• ONLINE PAYMENTS CODE: Manage and secure your online payments by viewing or modifying your personal code.
• STATEMENTS AND DOCUMENTS: Download your IBAN as a PDF. You can also share a text version with friends for easy copy/pasting when they need to add you as a beneficiary. Access and download your statements and documents conveniently.
• CONTACT: Reach out to us securely through the app's messaging feature. You can view, reply, delete, or send messages with complete confidentiality. Book appointments at your preferred time slots or call our advisers. Find the nearest branch and its opening hours.
